    摘要:

    四回路保護(hù)閥(簡(jiǎn)稱四保閥)啟閉特性檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)中,,管路孔徑,、壓力數(shù)據(jù)采集頻率對(duì)四保閥的開(kāi)啟壓力、關(guān)閉壓力檢測(cè)結(jié)果影響較大,,由于目前缺乏相關(guān)研究,導(dǎo)致不同檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)的檢測(cè)結(jié)果無(wú)法比對(duì),。在研究閥體力學(xué)模型及流量特性模型的基礎(chǔ)上,,構(gòu)建了四保閥檢測(cè)的啟閉動(dòng)態(tài)過(guò)程數(shù)學(xué)模型,,搭建了啟閉特性檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)的AMESim仿真模型并進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)合實(shí)測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),,對(duì)管路孔徑和采樣間隔對(duì)四保閥啟閉檢測(cè)結(jié)果的影響進(jìn)行了分析,。結(jié)果表明:進(jìn)氣節(jié)流孔越大,開(kāi)啟壓力檢測(cè)時(shí)間越短,,檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)穩(wěn)定性越差,;排氣管路孔徑越大,關(guān)閉壓力越大,;數(shù)據(jù)采集頻率越高,,開(kāi)啟壓力檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)穩(wěn)定性越好;進(jìn)氣節(jié)流孔面積為0.5mm2,,采樣間隔為0.001s,,可同時(shí)兼顧開(kāi)啟壓力檢測(cè)的穩(wěn)定性和效率。

    Abstract:

    In the study of open and shut characteristic detection system for four-circuit protection valve, the pipe aperture and pressure acquisition frequency have great influence on the detection result of opening pressure and closing pressure for four-circuit protection valve. There is no relevant research, so it causes that detection results of different detection systems cannot be compared. On the basis of studying mechanical model and flow characteristics model of valve, dynamic process mathematical model and AMESim simulation model of open and shut detection system for four-circuit protection valve were established. Based on the experimental data, the effect of pipe aperture and sampling interval on detection results of open and shut characteristic for four-circuit protection valve was analyzed and verified. Results showed that the greater the intake orifice was, the shorter the opening pressure detection time was, the higher the detection efficiency was, the worse the stability of the data was. The greater the exhaust pipe aperture was, the greater the closing pressure was. The higher the data acquisition frequency was, the better the stability of the data was. When the effective flow area of intake orifice was 0.5mm2 and the system sampling interval was 0.001s, it can guarantee the detection stability and efficiency of opening pressure detection.
