    摘要:

    基于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的Smagorinsky亞格子尺度模型,,對斜流泵全流場進(jìn)行大渦模擬并結(jié)合壓力脈動(dòng)實(shí)驗(yàn)對小流量工況下的壓力脈動(dòng)和內(nèi)部流場進(jìn)行研究,。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,葉輪進(jìn)口處的脈動(dòng)幅值最高,,隨著流量的降低壓力脈動(dòng)幅值逐漸增加,,不同工況下葉輪進(jìn)口、葉輪出口,、導(dǎo)葉進(jìn)口的壓力脈動(dòng)主頻為葉頻,,但導(dǎo)葉出口脈動(dòng)主頻隨著流量的變化而變化。大渦模擬表明,,0. 8Qopt工況下葉輪進(jìn)口流動(dòng)狀態(tài)較好,,葉輪進(jìn)口軸面速度變化較小,而在0.4Qopt工況下葉輪進(jìn)口流動(dòng)狀態(tài)較復(fù)雜,,軸面速度變化較大,0.4Qopt工況時(shí)葉輪進(jìn)口沖角增加以及受到相鄰葉片葉頂泄漏流的影響,,在t*=0.0416時(shí)葉片進(jìn)口吸力面已發(fā)生流動(dòng)分離,當(dāng)葉輪從t*=0.0416旋轉(zhuǎn)到t*=0.1249時(shí),,葉片吸力面流動(dòng)分離加劇,,輪緣處的軸面速度明顯升高,同時(shí)分離渦的旋轉(zhuǎn)強(qiáng)度也逐漸增強(qiáng),,導(dǎo)致該區(qū)域的靜壓下降,,逆壓梯度上升,促使回流的產(chǎn)生,,當(dāng)回流到達(dá)葉片進(jìn)口時(shí)進(jìn)口處的靜壓逐漸恢復(fù),,因此葉輪進(jìn)口流動(dòng)分離是引起葉輪進(jìn)口壓力脈動(dòng)幅值增加的重要因素。

    Abstract:

    The pressure fluctuation experiment was conducted and the entire flow field of mixed-flow pump was simulated by large eddy simulation (LES) with standard Smagorinsky subgrid scale model to investigate pressure fluctuations and mixedflow pump inner flow under low flow conditions. The experimental results indicated that the multiples of pressure fluctuation at the impeller inlet was the highest and it was increased when the flow rate was decreased. the main pressure fluctuation frequencies at the impeller inlet,,impeller outlet and vanes inlet were blades passing frequency under different conditions, however, the main pressure fluctuation frequencies at the vanes outlet was changed under different conditions. The large eddy simulation results indicated that the flow conditions at impeller inlet was better and axial velocity was changed small under 0.8Qopt(Qopt, operating condition). Under 0.4Qopt, however, the flow conditions at impeller inlet became complicated, therefore, the axial velocity was changed significantly. The angle of attack of the fluid on the blades was increased and affected by tip leakage flow. The flow separation was generated at the leading edge of suction surface at t* =0.0416, when the impeller was rotated from t*=0.0416 to t*=0.1249, the flow separation was intensified and the swirling strength of the separation vortex was gradually increased, so the static pressure of the leading edge of suction surface was decreased, the adverse pressure gradient was increased which promoted the generation of backflow. When the backflow reached the leading edge, the static pressure of leading edge was gradually restored,,therefore the flow separation was an important reason that making the multiples of pressure fluctuation increased.
