    摘要:

    在已知汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)配氣正時(shí)機(jī)構(gòu)三軸坐標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上,研究了正時(shí)鏈系統(tǒng)幾何布局設(shè)計(jì)及其行走軌跡,、約束邊界的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法,,依據(jù)曲線的內(nèi)凹量,,采用分段圓弧或直線逼近的方式,,提出了張緊邊和導(dǎo)向邊的長度計(jì)算準(zhǔn)則,。通過發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)缸蓋反拖系統(tǒng)試驗(yàn)臺(tái),,在真實(shí)模擬正時(shí)鏈系統(tǒng)交變載荷和工作環(huán)境的條件下,,研究了張緊板在不同轉(zhuǎn)速條件下的橫向振動(dòng)位移的變化規(guī)律,以及不同轉(zhuǎn)速條件下的噪聲特性變化規(guī)律,。分析結(jié)果表明,,所提出的正時(shí)鏈系統(tǒng)行走軌跡計(jì)算方法,在保持該系統(tǒng)的適度張緊的前提下,,正時(shí)鏈整鏈磨損伸長與張緊器柱塞探出量之間具有較好的諧應(yīng)關(guān)系,,同時(shí),正時(shí)鏈系統(tǒng)在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)常用轉(zhuǎn)速工況下,,張緊邊的橫向位移波動(dòng)情況及噪聲特性能夠滿足汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的動(dòng)力性能要求,。

    Abstract:

    On the basis of three-axis coordinate (crankshaft coordinate, intake and exhaust camshaft coordinate) of valve timing mechanism, the geometric layout of timing chain, design calculation method of trajectory and constraint boundary are studied. By using the method of piecewise arc or straight line approximation, the length calculation formula is presented according to the curve’s camber of tension edge and guiding edge. Using the cylinder head of anti drag system test bench, the change rules of transverse vibration displacement of tension plate and noise characteristics at different rotating speeds is studied under the condition of simulating real time chain system alternating load and working environment. With this timing chain system walking trajectory calculation method, under the premise of keeping the system proper tensioning, between the timing chain elongation and the amount of plunger out of tension device has better harmonic relationship. At the same time, the timing chain system is at the normal speed of engine, the transverse displacement of tension edge and noise characteristic of timing chain system can meet the requirements of automotive engine’s power performance. The results provide a new method and approach for the design and evaluation of timing chain system of automotive engine. It has important significance to the wide application of the chain transmission in the automobile and other high technology fields.
