    摘要:

    以河南省新鄭市為例,基于GIS和改進(jìn)突變級(jí)數(shù)模型相結(jié)合的方法測(cè)度高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田建設(shè)的適宜性和空間穩(wěn)定性指數(shù),,并以耦合協(xié)調(diào)度模型統(tǒng)籌適宜性和空間穩(wěn)定性,,從而明確高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田建設(shè)的區(qū)域,,在此基礎(chǔ)上通過(guò)冷熱點(diǎn)分析遴選高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田建設(shè)項(xiàng)目區(qū),。結(jié)果表明,,研究區(qū)較為適宜開(kāi)展高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田建設(shè),,優(yōu)先建設(shè)區(qū),、重點(diǎn)建設(shè)區(qū),、全面整治建設(shè)區(qū)和不宜建設(shè)區(qū)的面積分別為27004.83,、17040.40、4361.16,、5761.55hm2,。其中優(yōu)先建設(shè)區(qū)應(yīng)大力發(fā)展特色優(yōu)質(zhì)安全高效現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè),重點(diǎn)建設(shè)區(qū)以整治項(xiàng)目為依托提升利用效率和效益,,全面整治建設(shè)區(qū)以?xún)?yōu)化耕地布局和提升潛力為主,,不宜建設(shè)區(qū)應(yīng)注重修復(fù)提升地力、增強(qiáng)防災(zāi)抗災(zāi)能力,。通過(guò)冷熱點(diǎn)分析高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田建設(shè)的適宜性和空間穩(wěn)定性耦合協(xié)調(diào)度在空間上的聯(lián)系模式,,實(shí)現(xiàn)了快速識(shí)別高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田建設(shè)項(xiàng)目區(qū),結(jié)合研究區(qū)實(shí)際遴選了10個(gè)高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田建設(shè)項(xiàng)目區(qū),。同時(shí),,基于障礙度模型診斷識(shí)別各項(xiàng)目區(qū)的主要障礙因素,從而有針對(duì)性地指導(dǎo)各項(xiàng)目區(qū)有序開(kāi)展高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田建設(shè)活動(dòng),。

    Abstract:

    Well-facilitied farmland construction is an important step toward implementing the “storing grain in farmland” strategy to ensure national food security in China. Scientific zoning and project sites are important for improving grain production in an effective manner. Aiming to improve the zoning process, Xinzheng city was considered as a study area for the implementation of well-facilitied farmland construction according to the coupling coordinated degree of suitability and spatial stability. The suitability index and spatial stability index were evaluated using an improved catastrophe progression model, which avoided the problems of subjective weights and aggregated evaluation results. The results demonstrated that Xinzheng city was suitable for well-facilitied farmland construction, which was divided into four types: preferential construction, main construction, regulation construction and unsuitable construction areas, with total land areas of 27004.83hm2, 17040.40hm2, 4361.16hm2 and 5761.55hm2, respectively. Areas assigned with these four types should be developed according to their specific characteristics. Thus, high-quality modern agriculture needed to be developed vigorously in the preferential construction areas. The main construction areas should be utilized efficiently with support by project regulation. The regulation construction areas needed to focus on optimizing the cultivated land layout and upgrading potential. In unsuitable construction areas, efforts should be made to restore the soil productivity, improve the ecological environment for cultivated land and enhance the capacity to resist extreme conditions. Based on zoning, hot and cold spots analysis using a geographic information system was employed to analyze the spatial patterns of the coupling coordination degree, and 10 project regions were selected accurately from these hot spot regions. Furthermore, the main obstacles in each project region were diagnosed to identify the next steps for development in Xinzheng city.
