    摘要:

    為綜合評(píng)價(jià)植保機(jī)械的適用性,,從技術(shù)指標(biāo),、經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)、作業(yè)條件指標(biāo)3方面建立植保機(jī)械評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,,利用層次分析法,,對(duì)專(zhuān)家調(diào)查表進(jìn)行匯總計(jì)算,采用專(zhuān)家判斷矩陣加權(quán)幾何平均法,,確定各評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,。同時(shí)采用試驗(yàn)測(cè)評(píng)法、跟蹤測(cè)評(píng)法和用戶(hù)調(diào)查測(cè)評(píng)法交叉組合的方式獲取3級(jí)指標(biāo)分值,,再通過(guò)分析計(jì)算,,得到各級(jí)指標(biāo)分值,從而構(gòu)建植保機(jī)械適用性綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,。最后對(duì)自走式噴桿噴霧機(jī)進(jìn)行判定評(píng)分,,從而得出單項(xiàng)指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)和綜合指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果。建立植保機(jī)械適用性綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,,為植保機(jī)械的推廣應(yīng)用提供了科學(xué)依據(jù),,同時(shí)對(duì)植保機(jī)械技術(shù)性能、作業(yè)質(zhì)量等的優(yōu)化提升具有指導(dǎo)意義,。

    Abstract:

    In order to comprehensively evaluate the applicability of plant protection machinery, this paper established the evaluation index system from three aspects:technical index, economic index and operation condition index, used analytic hierarchy process to calculate the results of the expert questionnaires based on the structure model of the evaluation system, and determined the weights of each evaluation index by using judgment matrix and weighted geometric average method. And then it obtained the scores of the third level indicators by the method of test, as well as survey and evaluation of users, and then got the index scores of all levels through analysis and calculation. Finally the comprehensive evaluation index system for the applicability of plant protection machinery was built. This paper evaluated the selfpropelled boom sprayer for example, and obtained the conclusions of the single index evaluation and the comprehensive evaluation. This can provide scientific basis for popularization and application of plant protection machinery by the comprehensive evaluation system, at the same time, it has guiding significance to the optimization and promotion of mechanical performance and operations quality of plant protection machinery.
