    設(shè)計(jì)了一種滾輪式雙向壓扭聯(lián)軸器,,以球型滾輪代替滾動(dòng)軸承,,既簡(jiǎn)化了壓扭聯(lián)軸器的加工,也減小了摩擦阻力,;可實(shí)現(xiàn)比例電磁鐵直線運(yùn)動(dòng)和閥芯旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)的轉(zhuǎn)換,,同時(shí)放大閥芯旋轉(zhuǎn)扭矩,,并將其與雙向比例電磁鐵和2D方向閥共軸聯(lián)接,,組成一種壓力高、流量大,、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單的位置反饋型2D電液比例方向閥,。進(jìn)而建立了該閥的數(shù)學(xué)模型,應(yīng)用Matlab軟件對(duì)閥的特性進(jìn)行了仿真分析,。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:滾輪型壓扭聯(lián)軸器具有良好的輸入輸出特性,,顫振補(bǔ)償下空載滯環(huán)可達(dá)1.0%;系統(tǒng)壓力為21MPa時(shí),,包括電磁鐵滯環(huán)在內(nèi),,該閥流量滯環(huán)小于5%,且線性度和重復(fù)特性良好,;對(duì)應(yīng)-3dB,、-90°的頻寬約為12Hz,;閥的階躍響應(yīng)上升時(shí)間約為0.45s,無超調(diào)量,。

    Abstract:

    A new kind of roller thrusttorsion coupling was designed with low friction and simple structure, the linear movement of proportional electromagnet armature can be changed into the rotation of the spool movement, at the same time, the rotary torque of spool was enlarged. With large flow and simple structure, the new kind of 2D electrohydraulic proportional directional valve (EPDV) mainly consists of roller thrusttorsion coupling and electromagnet armature, which has position feedback. Based on the principle of the roller compressiontorsion coupling, the mathematical model was established, and 2D valve was simulated by the software Matlab. Direct and pilot experiment results show that, with good input and output characteristics, the high pressure and large flow control can be achieved by this valve, the noload hysteresis is 1.0%, flow hysteresis is under 5% when system pressure is at 21MPa, and the linearity and repeating characteristic are all good. Frequency width is improved to about 12Hz at -3dB and -90°and rising time of step response is about 0.45s. The valve’s static and dynamic performance is good, and simulation analysis and experimental results are basically same, which lay foundation for its engineering application.
