    摘要:

    為了提高數(shù)控機(jī)床的加工精度并促進(jìn)制造業(yè)升級(jí)發(fā)展,,對(duì)數(shù)控機(jī)床主軸優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)專(zhuān)家系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究,?;诋?dāng)前豐富的數(shù)控機(jī)床主軸設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、機(jī)械動(dòng)力學(xué),、優(yōu)化方法和模糊邏輯理論,,構(gòu)造了主軸傳動(dòng)方式模糊優(yōu)選法,。以提高數(shù)控機(jī)床主軸的動(dòng)靜態(tài)性能為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),,通過(guò)靈敏度分析法選擇設(shè)計(jì)變量,建立主軸結(jié)構(gòu)多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,,并提出一種漸進(jìn)優(yōu)化算法用于模型求解,,得到一種新的主軸結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法。將主軸傳動(dòng)方式模糊優(yōu)選法和主軸結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行集成,,從而形成一套數(shù)控機(jī)床主軸優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)專(zhuān)家系統(tǒng),。以一種精密數(shù)控機(jī)床主軸的多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)作為應(yīng)用案例,將優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果與實(shí)際情況和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,,驗(yàn)證了所構(gòu)造的數(shù)控機(jī)床主軸優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)專(zhuān)家系統(tǒng)的可行性,。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the machining accuracy of CNC machine tool and promote manufacturing industry upgrade development, a CNC machine tool spindle optimization design expert system was studied. On the basis of the rich CNC machine tool spindle design experience in current, mechanical dynamics, optimization method and fuzzy logic theory, a spindle transmission type fuzzy optimum seeking method was developed. Taking the dynamic and static performance of CNC machine tool spindle as optimization goals, and adopting the sensitivity analysis to choose the design variables, a mathematic model of the spindle structural multi-objective optimization design was established. A gradual optimization algorithm was put forward to solve the optimization model, and a new kind of spindle structural optimization design method was obtained. Through integrating the “spindle transmission type fuzzy optimum seeking method” with the “spindle structural optimization design method”, the CNC machine tool spindle optimization design expert system was developed. Taking the multi-objective optimization design for a precision CNC machine tool spindle as application case, the optimization design results were compared with the actual situation and the experimental results, which verified the feasibility of the CNC machine tool spindle optimization design expert system.
