    摘要:

    為提升某V型柴油機(jī)的高海拔性能,通過(guò)可調(diào)兩級(jí)增壓系統(tǒng)的匹配計(jì)算,確定了高低壓級(jí)渦輪和壓氣機(jī)的特性。基于變海拔穩(wěn)態(tài)工況性能目標(biāo),進(jìn)行了柴油機(jī)全工況最佳閥門(mén)開(kāi)度和最佳增壓壓力的標(biāo)定計(jì)算。建立了柴油機(jī)的瞬態(tài)響應(yīng)仿真模型,計(jì)算分析了海拔高度對(duì)增壓壓力瞬態(tài)響應(yīng)特性的影響規(guī)律。根據(jù)最佳增壓壓力MAP圖設(shè)計(jì)了開(kāi)環(huán)和閉環(huán)控制策略,在不同海拔高度下研究其改善增壓壓力瞬態(tài)響應(yīng)特性的能力。結(jié)果表明:與開(kāi)環(huán)控制策略相比,閉環(huán)控制策略能更好地改善柴油機(jī)變海拔的瞬態(tài)響應(yīng)性能。通過(guò)采用增壓壓力的閉環(huán)控制策略,平原工況的增壓系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)時(shí)間由2.82s減少到2.41s,海拔3000m時(shí)由3.20s減少到2.32s,響應(yīng)時(shí)間減少了27.5%;海拔4500m時(shí)由3.41s減少到2.25s,在很大程度上減弱了海拔高度對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)瞬態(tài)響應(yīng)特性的影響。

    Abstract:

    To improve the dynamic performance of a V-type diesel engine at high altitude, the matching calculation was carried out between the diesel engine and regulated two-stage turbocharging system, and the two-stage turbines and compressors were determined. The calibration results of optimum valve opening and optimum boost pressure were achieved at all operating conditions according to the steady performance target at different altitudes. The transient simulation model was constructed, and the effect of different altitudes on the transient response characteristic of boost pressure was investigated. The openloop and closedloop control strategies were designed based on the MAP diagram of optimum boost pressure to improve the transient response of boost pressure at different altitudes. The results showed that the closedloop control strategy can achieve better transient response compared with the openloop control strategy. With the closedloop control strategy of boost pressure, the response time was reduced from 2.82s to 2.41s at the altitude of 0m. The response time was reduced from 3.20s to 2.32s at the altitude of 3000m, and it was reduced from 3.41s to 2.25s at the altitude of 4500m. The effect of different altitudes on transient response characteristic was largely weakened with the closedloop control strategy. 
