    摘要:

    為解決秸稈碎料在發(fā)酵過(guò)程中積熱和觸氧條件不均的問(wèn)題,,采用離散元法研究回轉(zhuǎn)筒內(nèi)秸稈顆粒的運(yùn)動(dòng)特性,。為利用實(shí)驗(yàn)值定量對(duì)比仿真,,基于圖像處理法,,定量分析實(shí)驗(yàn)法和離散元法的滾筒內(nèi)顆?;旌蠣顟B(tài),。通過(guò)虛擬堆積實(shí)驗(yàn)和滾筒內(nèi)顆?;旌戏抡媾c實(shí)驗(yàn)現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行對(duì)比,標(biāo)定離散元法的顆粒物性參數(shù),。結(jié)果表明:圖像法表征混合狀態(tài)時(shí),,子域大小的劃分與顆粒尺寸相關(guān);影響堆積角的主要因素為顆粒間靜摩擦因數(shù)和密度,;影響回轉(zhuǎn)筒內(nèi)顆?;旌系闹饕蛩貫轭w粒與壁面粘性系數(shù)和顆粒與壁面滾動(dòng)摩擦因數(shù);驗(yàn)證標(biāo)定參數(shù)結(jié)果表明,,顆粒參數(shù)能用于離散元法描述回轉(zhuǎn)筒內(nèi)秸稈碎料的運(yùn)動(dòng)特性,。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem of accumulated heat and uneven condition of contact oxygen during straw fermentation process, the study of mixing motion of straw modeled by the discrete element method (DEM) was conducted. The accuracy of DEM models depends on the model parameters. Based on the image analysis, quantitative analysis of experiment and DEM method’s mixing state were conducted. A calibration process was developed to determine the parameter value by experiment of particle’s repose angle and motion. The research results showed that the size of subdomain was related to the particle’s size when using the image analysis of mixing characteristics. The size of subdomain affected the resolution of image analysis and it could be set as six times of particle’s diameter. The order of factors’ influence on the staw’s repose angle was the coefficient of static friction of particle/particle, the particle density, cohesion coefficient of particle/particle and coefficient of rolling friction of particle/particle. The order of factors’ influence on the mixing characteristics of the straw in rotary drum was the cohesion coefficient of particle/wall, the coefficient of rolling friction of particle/wall, coefficient of static friction of particle/wall, coefficient of restitution of particle/wall and coefficient of restitution of particle/particle. The orthogonal test results were compared with the experiment data. The granular material parameters could be used to describe the mixing characteristics of straw.
