    為實(shí)時獲取規(guī)?;醚醵逊蔬^程關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù),,實(shí)現(xiàn)自動化控制,、優(yōu)化堆肥工藝,、提升產(chǎn)品品質(zhì),,在已有研究基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計了一種集成度高,、便攜性好的適用于規(guī)?;醚醵逊蔬^程的溫度和氧體積分?jǐn)?shù)實(shí)時監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)主要包括溫度數(shù)據(jù)獲取模塊,、氧體積分?jǐn)?shù)數(shù)據(jù)獲取模塊,、信號處理模塊、數(shù)據(jù)顯/存模塊,。并系統(tǒng)開展了實(shí)驗(yàn)室和實(shí)際規(guī)?;醚醵逊市阅茉囼?yàn)和分析研究。其中,,溫度監(jiān)測相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差均小于3.02%,,響應(yīng)時間均小于45s;氧體積分?jǐn)?shù)監(jiān)測相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差均小于2.96%,,響應(yīng)時間均小于30s,。研究結(jié)果表明:該系統(tǒng)在精確性、穩(wěn)定性和響應(yīng)速率等方面均具有良好性能,,可滿足規(guī)?;醚醵逊蔬^程溫度和氧體積分?jǐn)?shù)空間數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時監(jiān)測以及科研需求。

    Abstract:

    To obtain real-time data during large-scale aerobic composting, realize automation control, optimize the composting process and improve product quality, a real-time monitoring system for temperature and oxygen concentration during large-scale aerobic composting with high integration and easy portability was developed on the basic of current studies. The system was consisted of temperature acquisition module, oxygen concentration acquisition module, signal processing module and data display and storage module. Performance experiments were operated in laboratory and actual large-scale aerobic composting, respectively. The results showed that the relative standard deviation (RSD) of temperature monitoring was inferior to 3.02% and response time was less than 45s; the RSD value and response time of oxygen concentration was inferior to 2.96% and 30s. In conclusion, the system has good performances such as high accuracy, good stability and fast response speed; it can satisfy the need of real-time monitoring of temperature and oxygen concentration in the process of large-scale aerobic composting and the need of scientific research.
