    摘要:

    為解決非旋轉(zhuǎn)式折射噴頭水量分布集中,，打擊動(dòng)能較大的問(wèn)題，構(gòu)建了動(dòng)態(tài)水壓噴灌測(cè)試平臺(tái)。選擇Nelson D3000型噴頭為研究對(duì)象,，施加以三角函數(shù)型動(dòng)態(tài)變化的水壓，對(duì)噴頭的徑向水量分布與能量分布進(jìn)行測(cè)試,，并與恒壓條件下的水量和能量分布進(jìn)行對(duì)比,。結(jié)果表明：構(gòu)建的動(dòng)態(tài)水壓測(cè)試平臺(tái)能夠滿足對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)供水壓力的要求，施加了動(dòng)態(tài)水壓的Nelson D3000型噴頭徑向濕潤(rùn)范圍由恒壓時(shí)的0.85~1.36m增加到2.55~4.42m,，噴灌強(qiáng)度最大值降低67.6%~78.4%,，能量通量密度最大值降低52.9%~71.6%，說(shuō)明采用動(dòng)態(tài)水壓供水可以有效地改善Nelson D3000型噴頭的徑向水量分布和能量分布,。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the sprinkler application rate and kinetic energy distribution of fixed spray plate sprinkler, a dynamic water pressure based sprinkler test platform was built. A Nelson D3000 nozzle was selected and then the water application rate and kinetic energy distribution in radial direction were tested under both dynamic water pressure in trigonometric type and constant pressure. The results showed that the test platform could well meet the demands of dynamic water pressure. The wetness area of Nelson D3000 nozzle in radial direction increased from 0.85~1.36m to 2.55~4.42m. The maximum value of sprinkler application rate was reduced by 67.6%~78.4%, and the maximum value of energy density flux was reduced by 52.9%~71.6%. Both the sprinkler application rate and kinetic energy distribution of Nelson D3000 nozzle were effectively improved.
