    摘要:

    針對目前殘膜撿拾機(jī)構(gòu)性能不可靠,，造成殘膜收凈率較低的問題，提出一種曲柄搖桿式殘地膜撿拾機(jī)構(gòu),，建立機(jī)構(gòu)幾何與數(shù)學(xué)模型,，對所設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)的工作機(jī)理進(jìn)行仿真、分析與優(yōu)化,，達(dá)到了撿拾與卸膜的工作要求,。大田試驗(yàn)表明,，機(jī)具的工作效率大于0.4hm2/h,，殘膜回收率達(dá)到88.5%,，工作過程中基本未出現(xiàn)纏繞問題。

    Abstract:

    Unstable operation performance of mechanism for collecting plastic film results in low rate of collecting used plastic film. A crank-rocker mechanism for collecting plastic film was presented. The geometry and mathematic models of the proposed machine were built for simulating, analyzing and optimizing the work mechanism, then the working requirement for picking-up and removing the used plastic film was met. Field experiment showed that, the working efficiency of machine was higher than 0.4hm2/h, and the rate of collecting used plastic film was 88.5%. Basically, no operation wound problems were found during the whole experiment.
