    摘要:

    以多路換向閥為研究對(duì)象,,分析了多路換向閥的工作原理和結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),,利用壓力-流量方程,、孔道流量連續(xù)性方程及閥芯力平衡方程建立了多路換向閥的狀態(tài)方程,,并運(yùn)用Matlab/Simulink軟件,,選擇四階龍格-庫(kù)塔算法對(duì)其進(jìn)行了動(dòng),、靜態(tài)性能仿真分析,?;陂]心式負(fù)載傳感液壓系統(tǒng)試驗(yàn)平臺(tái),,對(duì)多路換向閥進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:整個(gè)液壓系統(tǒng)的壓力損失在1.5MPa左右,,負(fù)載壓力階躍變化時(shí),,多路換向閥可實(shí)現(xiàn)負(fù)載補(bǔ)償功能;手動(dòng)換向閥芯位移階躍變化時(shí),,多路換向閥內(nèi)壓力沖擊小,、響應(yīng)特性好;系統(tǒng)流量?jī)H與多路換向閥調(diào)速節(jié)流口開(kāi)度大小有關(guān),,不受負(fù)載變化影響,,調(diào)速性能良好,滿(mǎn)足重型拖拉機(jī)電液懸掛系統(tǒng)對(duì)多路換向閥的性能要求,。

    Abstract:

    Taking the multi--directional valve as the research object, this paper analyzed the working principle and structure features of the valve, and the state equations of the multi-directional valve were built by using the pressure-flow equation, flow continuity equation and valve spool force balance equation, then the static and dynamic characteristics of the valve were simulated by using the Fourth-Order Runge-Kutta algorithm in the software Matlab/Simulink. Based on the test platform of closed center load-sensing hydraulic system, experimental study of the multi-directional valve were conducted, results showed that pressure loss of the whole hydraulic system was about 1.5MPa. During step changes of the displacement of valve spool, the pressure shock of multi directional valve was small and the response characteristics were good. In addition, the function of load compensation can be realized under the step changes of load pressure, meanwhile, the system flow rate was only concerned with the opening size of the flow control orifice in the multi-directional control valve, so it had a good speed regulating performance without being affected by load variations. The multi-directional valve can meet the requirements of heavy tractor electro-hydraulic hitch.
