    摘要:

    打結(jié)器是方草壓捆機的關(guān)鍵核心部件之一,直接影響打捆機的成結(jié)效率和捆形質(zhì)量。以D型打結(jié)器為研究對象,基于逆向工程技術(shù)對其進行三維重構(gòu),進而對重構(gòu)零件的關(guān)鍵工作曲面進行了偏差分析,,發(fā)現(xiàn)所有關(guān)鍵工作面90%以上的區(qū)域達到了精確等級以上。基于Solidworks軟件實現(xiàn)了重構(gòu)部件裝配,,并進行了運動仿真研究,獲取了卡線輪,、打結(jié)嘴,、脫繩桿角速度和驅(qū)動齒盤角位移數(shù)據(jù),分析了卡線輪,、打結(jié)嘴,、脫繩桿與捆繩打結(jié)運動關(guān)系,為優(yōu)化D型打結(jié)器提供了基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),。

    Abstract:

    D-bale knotter is one of the key parts of square baler, which influences the efficiency and quality of baler. Based on reverse engineering, D-bale knotter was reconstituted and the accuracy of working surfaces was analyzed. The results showed that more than 90% domain for all the working surfaces can achieve the precise level above. Reconstruction parts of D-bale knotter were assembled and then simulated by using the software Solidworks. The angular velocity and displacement data of twine holder, bill hook, wiping arm, and driving dentate disc were obtained and the movement relationships of these parts were further analyzed. This study will provide basic data for the optimization of D-bale knotter.
