    摘要:

    為改進(jìn)柔性機(jī)器人驅(qū)動器結(jié)構(gòu)及數(shù)學(xué)模型,,提出了一種非完全對稱氣動柔性彎曲關(guān)節(jié)及其數(shù)學(xué)模型,。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)其實(shí)時閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng),,進(jìn)一步簡化了原有數(shù)學(xué)模型,,并對其力學(xué)特性進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗研究,。搭建了力學(xué)特性實(shí)驗平臺,,并對兩種不同規(guī)格(長度分別為40,、60mm)的關(guān)節(jié)進(jìn)行了測試,。采用Matlab曲線及曲面工具箱對測試結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,,得到了新型氣動柔性彎曲關(guān)節(jié)的經(jīng)驗?zāi)P?。該?jīng)驗?zāi)P捅砻鳉鈩尤嵝詮澢P(guān)節(jié)的彎曲角度與初始長度、關(guān)節(jié)內(nèi)外氣壓差,、輸出力之間存在非線性關(guān)系,。與簡化的數(shù)學(xué)模型比較,該經(jīng)驗?zāi)P途哂懈叩木?,其中輸出角度模型相對誤差平均值小于6.7%,,輸出力模型相對誤差平均值小于2%。同時,,該經(jīng)驗?zāi)P图m正了原有數(shù)學(xué)模型中,,認(rèn)為關(guān)節(jié)初始長度與彎曲角呈正比的錯誤結(jié)論。

    Abstract:

    A new type of flexible pneumatic bending joint (FPBJ) and its mathematical model were proposed. To implement its real-time closed-loop control system, its mathematical model was simplified, and the mechanical characteristics were studied experimentally. An experimental platform for mechanical characteristics testing was set up, and two FPBJs with different length(40mm and 60mm) were tested. The experimental results were analyzed with Matlab curve and surface fitting toolbox, and the FPBJ empirical model was derived. The model showed a non-linear relationship among the bending angle, the FPBJs internal and external pressure difference, joint length and the output force of the FPBJs. Contrast to the simplified mathematical model, the empirical model was more precise, the mean relative error of output angle model was less than 6.7%, and the mean relative error of output force model was less than 2%. Meanwhile, an error, the joint length is proportional to the bending angle in the mathematical model, was avoided in the empirical model.
