    摘要:

    為提高電池能量利用率,,降低溫室環(huán)境無線采集節(jié)點(diǎn)功耗,延長(zhǎng)節(jié)點(diǎn)壽命,,以16位低功耗MCU(MSP430F149)和CC1101射頻模塊進(jìn)行溫室環(huán)境無線采集節(jié)點(diǎn)硬件設(shè)計(jì),,電源管理模塊采用TPS63031芯片實(shí)現(xiàn)雙電源供電,,即節(jié)點(diǎn)在工作和休眠狀態(tài)下分別采用3節(jié)AA南孚電池和1節(jié)3V紐扣電池供電,,通過DC-DC轉(zhuǎn)換,,電池可使用能量提高22.8%,。軟件協(xié)議采用有限狀態(tài)機(jī)(FSM)模型設(shè)計(jì),,實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)點(diǎn)工作模式和休眠模式的任務(wù)調(diào)度,,使節(jié)點(diǎn)休眠時(shí)進(jìn)入LPM3深度休眠,大大降低節(jié)點(diǎn)功耗,。電池放電試驗(yàn)和節(jié)點(diǎn)性能測(cè)試試驗(yàn)表明,,在設(shè)定30min采集周期下,設(shè)計(jì)的供電方案可保證節(jié)點(diǎn)110198h(約4592d)的可靠使用壽命,。

    Abstract:

    To improve battery energy efficiency and reduce power consumption of wireless collection nodes for greenhouse environment, hardware design for Greenhouse Wireless Acquisition nodes is achieved by low-power 16bit MCU (MSP430F149) and RF module CC1101. Power management module is designed based on chip TPS63031 to implement dual-power supply, which allows nodes’ power supplied respectively by three Nanfu AA batteries and one 3V button battery under working and sleeping mode. And 22.8% usable energy of batteries is improved effectively by using the DC-DC conversion. FSM module is adopted to software protocol design, implementing nodes’ task scheduling between working mode and sleeping mode. When the LPM3 mode is entered, node’s power consumption is greatly reduced. The discharge experiment of batteries and test of nodes performance show that design of power supply scheme in this paper guarantees node work for 110198h (about 4592d),with the setting of 30min acquisition cycle.
