    摘要:

    在馬氏瓶供水進(jìn)行人工降雨入滲測(cè)定方法的基礎(chǔ)上，設(shè)計(jì)了一種以PLC為處理器,、觸摸屏為人機(jī)界面的室內(nèi)降雨入滲自動(dòng)測(cè)定系統(tǒng),，可實(shí)現(xiàn)馬氏瓶自動(dòng)補(bǔ)水,、降雨強(qiáng)度自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié),、試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)顯示存儲(chǔ)及查詢。系統(tǒng)測(cè)控元件包括馬氏瓶及徑流瓶中的2個(gè)液位傳感器,，馬氏瓶進(jìn)水口和通氣孔處的2個(gè)電磁閥,，馬氏瓶與降雨器間的1個(gè)調(diào)節(jié)閥。PLC實(shí)時(shí)采集液位傳感器的輸出信號(hào),，通過(guò)模/數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換獲取記錄馬氏瓶與徑流瓶中的液位值,；并根據(jù)馬氏瓶液位控制電磁閥的開(kāi)閉實(shí)現(xiàn)馬氏瓶自動(dòng)補(bǔ)水；通過(guò)改變調(diào)節(jié)閥輸入電流強(qiáng)度實(shí)現(xiàn)降雨強(qiáng)度的自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié),。試驗(yàn)表明,，系統(tǒng)操作簡(jiǎn)單、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,，測(cè)定結(jié)果可以合理反映土壤降雨入滲過(guò)程,，適用于與土壤有關(guān)領(lǐng)域的降雨入滲測(cè)定。

    Abstract:

    Based on the measuring method of manual rainfall infiltration with the Mariotte bottle, an indoor automatic measurement system for rainfall infiltration with PLC(programmable logical controller)and touch panel was designed. This system could automatically water to the Mariotte bottle, adjust rainfall intensity, display and record experiment data in real time, and also provide the function of data query. The PLC collects the analog signal and transforms it into a digital signal, which is used to control the water input of the Mariotte bottle to regulate water level through switching the two electromagnetic valves. In addition, the PLC controls regulating valve opening to adjust the rainfall intensity. Furthermore, this system can be operated easily, rationally reflect the infiltration process, and give a high precision measurement.
