    為探究前置導葉不同預旋角度對離心泵空化性能的影響規(guī)律,對帶有自主設計前置導葉的IS 150-125-250型離心泵進行了空化性能試驗,,選用Zwart-Gerber-Belamri空化模型進行3D非穩(wěn)態(tài)全流道空化流動數(shù)值模擬,,結果表明:在一定的角度范圍內,,負預旋調節(jié)可以改善離心泵的空化性能,,但超過某一角度后,空化性能將快速惡化;正預旋調節(jié)會惡化離心泵的空化性能,正預旋角度越大,,惡化程度越明顯。對不同預旋角度下葉輪內空泡率分布規(guī)律的分析發(fā)現(xiàn),,一定范圍內的負預旋角會減小葉輪內空化區(qū)域,正預旋會增大葉輪內空化區(qū)域,。

    Abstract:

    With the aim to explore the influence of inlet guide vane on the cavitation performance of centrifugal pump, the cavitation experiment on IS 150-125-250 centrifugal pumps with original design inlet guide vane has been conducted. Using the Zwart-Gerber-Belamri cavitation model, the 3D unsteady cavitation flow in centrifugal pump flow channels has been simulated. The result shows that the negative pre-whirl by guide vane regulation could improve the cavitation performance of centrifugal pump in a certain angle range, and the cavitation performance was deteriorated when the angle exceeds the certain value. The positive pre-whirl regulation deteriorated the cavitation performance of centrifugal pump, and it become even more serious with the increasing positive pre-whirl angle. The analysis of the vapor volume fraction distribution in impeller channels indicates that the negative pre-whirl angle reduced the cavitation zones in impeller, and the positive pre-whirl angle expanded the cavitation zones in impeller channels.
