    摘要:

    設(shè)計(jì)了一種具有3個(gè)工作面新型結(jié)構(gòu)的旋轉(zhuǎn)式磁流變阻尼器,,轉(zhuǎn)子2個(gè)端面和圓柱面均為工作面,,在不增大轉(zhuǎn)子體積的情況下,,有效增加了轉(zhuǎn)子工作面積,?;诖帕髯円号c磁芯材料特性,,對(duì)阻尼器進(jìn)行了磁路設(shè)計(jì),,獲得了阻尼器的相關(guān)機(jī)械參數(shù)與電氣參數(shù),。針對(duì)阻尼器結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),,應(yīng)用有限元法,建立了磁流變阻尼器的有限元模型,,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了電磁場(chǎng)分析,,得到了阻尼器模型的電磁場(chǎng)物理量。結(jié)合有限元分析結(jié)果與磁流變液的本構(gòu)關(guān)系,,對(duì)磁流變阻尼器的力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行了仿真研究,。在此基礎(chǔ)上,研制了磁流變阻尼器及其力學(xué)性能測(cè)試系統(tǒng),,對(duì)阻尼器的力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,,得到了阻尼器的力矩-轉(zhuǎn)速力學(xué)特性以及屈服力矩-電流力學(xué)特性。

    Abstract:

    A new structure rotary magnetorheological damper with three working surfaces was designed, which were two end surfaces and one cylindrical surface of the rotor. The area of the working surfaces was increased with the same volume of the rotor. Base on properties of magnetorheological fluid and magnetic core material, the magnetic circuit was designed, and the mechanical and electrical parameters of the damper were calculated. Depending on the characteristics of the magnetorheological damper structure, the finite element model of the magnetorheological damper was built, and the electromagnetic field analysis was performed. Then the magnetic field quantities of the damper model were got. With the results of the magnetic analysis and the constitutive relations, the performance simulation of the damper was conducted. On these bases, the magnetorheological damper and the mechanical performance test system were developed, and the mechanical performance of the damper was investigated using the test system. The damper properties, torque vs rev and yielding torque vs current, were obtained.
