    摘要:

    以醋酸為改性介質(zhì),,從醇油摩爾比,、催化劑質(zhì)量分數(shù),、酯交換溫度及時間等因素出發(fā),,并輔以熱重分析儀,、X射線衍射儀,、N2吸附儀和哈米特指示劑等催化劑表征手段,,通過酯交換實驗系統(tǒng)研究改性電石渣催化酯交換的特性,。酯交換原料油(花生油)脂肪酸中的碳原子長度主要為16~18碳,;醋酸改性后,,電石渣主要成分為(CH3COO)2Ca·0.5H2O,經(jīng)800℃煅燒活化處理后轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)镃aO,,比表面積為19.07m2/g,、比孔容積為 0.0814cm3/g,且能夠表現(xiàn)出比未改性電石渣煅燒產(chǎn)物更強的催化酯交換性能,。在醇油摩爾比15,、催化劑質(zhì)量分數(shù)4%、酯交換溫度59℃,、酯交換時間2h的工況下,,醋酸改性電石渣催化酯交換能取得甘油收率為96.79%,且重復使用5次時,,甘油收率仍能達到92.90%,。

    Abstract:

    The catalytic performance of the carbide slag modified by acetic acid in transesterification was investigated from aspects of molar ratio of methanol to oil, catalyst mass concentration, and reaction temperature and time. Meanwhile, the catalyst was characterized by thermogravimetric analyzer, X-ray diffractometer, N2 adsorption apparatus and Hammett indicator. The length of carbon atoms in peanut oil fatty acids was mainly for 16 to 18. The main component of the carbide slag modified by acetic acid was (CH3COO)2Ca·0.5H2O. And after calcined at 800℃, the catalyst mainly consisted of calcium oxide, with the surface area of 19.07m2/g and the pore volume of 0.0814cm3/g. The catalytic performance of carbide slag modified by acetic acid was better than that of carbide slag under the same conditions. The 96.79% of glycerol yield could be reached under the preferred condition of 15 molar ratio of methanol to oil, 4% catalyst mass concentration, 59℃ reaction temperature, and 2h reaction time. After reused five times, the glycerol yield still remained above 92.90% under the preferred conditions.
