    摘要:

    提出理論建模-動態(tài)試驗-多目標優(yōu)化技術(shù)的廣義結(jié)合部組參數(shù)辨識方法,該方法在綜合考慮結(jié)合部組與被連接件間的雙重耦合特性,、構(gòu)建導(dǎo)軌滑塊系統(tǒng)廣義等效結(jié)合部組模型的基礎(chǔ)上,,通過結(jié)構(gòu)凝聚技術(shù)降低計算成本保證計算精度,,最終推導(dǎo)得到約束狀態(tài)下以阻抗形式表達的整體動力學(xué)模型,,基于未知傳遞函數(shù)/阻抗數(shù)據(jù)信息獲取,,將理論建模,、動態(tài)試驗與多目標優(yōu)化問題求解相結(jié)合對結(jié)合部參數(shù)進行辨識,。實例表明,該廣義結(jié)合部組參數(shù)辨識方法的辨識精度較高,,模態(tài)頻率及頻響函數(shù)的誤差非常小,,該辨識方法有效。

    Abstract:

    Based on theoretical modeling, dynamic test and multi objective optimization technique, a parameter identification method of generalized joints was proposed. The method first considered the double coupling characteristics between joints and machine tool parts, and then constructed the generalized equivalent joint model of linear guideway. By structure condensation technique, more accuracy and higher efficiency of computation were achieved. Finally, the whole structure dynamic model in impedance form under constraint condition was derived. This model combines the theoretical modeling, dynamic test and multi objective optimization problem to identify the joints parameters based on transfer function and impedance information acquisition. The verification examples show that this identification method is effective, the errors of modal frequency and frequency response function are very small, and the identification accuracy is high.
