    摘要:

    為了解決液粘調(diào)速離合器摩擦副偏磨問題，提高液粘調(diào)速離合器摩擦片運(yùn)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的響應(yīng)速度，提出了一種新型雙活塞結(jié)構(gòu)液粘調(diào)速離合器,?；谀Σ疗芰δＰ?，推導(dǎo)出了雙活塞結(jié)構(gòu)液粘調(diào)速離合器摩擦片間油膜的動(dòng)態(tài)平衡方程及傳遞函數(shù),，并對(duì)其動(dòng)態(tài)特性進(jìn)行了理論分析及仿真研究,。結(jié)果表明：雙活塞結(jié)構(gòu)液粘調(diào)速離合器與單活塞的相比輸出響應(yīng)速度明顯提高,；在輸出轉(zhuǎn)速為80rad/s時(shí),，其響應(yīng)時(shí)間可由52s減少到22s。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the uneven wear problem of frictional disks of HVD clutch and improve its response speed, a new HVD clutch with double piston structure is proposed, and its working principle is analyzed. Based on mathematics model of frictional disks, the oil dynamic balance function and transfer function for the new HVD clutch are obtained, and its dynamic characteristics is studied by theory analysis and simulation. The results show that compared with the ordinary HVD clutch with singular piston, the new HVD clutch has a faster response speed. The response time can reduce from 52s to 22s when the output speed is given as 80rad/s.
