    摘要:

    闡述了拋秧機(jī)構(gòu)的工作原理及結(jié)構(gòu)特點。針對拋秧機(jī)構(gòu)相應(yīng)軌跡與秧苗姿態(tài)的要求,,提出了非圓齒輪行星系傳動機(jī)構(gòu),。建立了該機(jī)構(gòu)的位移,、速度和加速度方程,用Visual Basic 6.0 語言編寫了該機(jī)構(gòu)的輔助分析和仿真程序,,該軟件可顯示優(yōu)化參數(shù),、優(yōu)化目標(biāo)和主要結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),并將優(yōu)化結(jié)果數(shù)字化,。通過軟件分析了主要參數(shù)對該機(jī)構(gòu)運動特性的影響,,并得出滿足拋秧軌跡和姿態(tài)要求的最佳機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計參數(shù),。利用優(yōu)化所得參數(shù)建立非圓齒輪有序拋秧機(jī)構(gòu)三維模型并進(jìn)行虛擬樣機(jī)試驗,其對應(yīng)的軌跡和姿態(tài)滿足水稻拋秧作業(yè)農(nóng)藝的要求,。

    Abstract:

    The working principle and structure of rice-seedling transplanter were introduced in this paper. According to the requirements of corresponding trajectory and posture of the transplanter, the transmission mechanism with non-circular gears planetary was proposed. The equations of displacement, velocity and acceleration of the mechanism were established. Also a computer-aided analytical and simulative program of the mechanism was compiled based on Visual Basic 6.0. The optimized parameters, optimized objections and main structure parameters were displayed in that software. Meanwhile, the optimized results were digitized. The influences of some important parameters on the kinematic characteristics of the mechanism were analyzed by the software. A group of preferable mechanical parameters were obtained subsequently, whose corresponding trajectory and posture could meet the demands of rice transplanting. The 3D model of the mechanism was established on the basis of the optimizing parameters, and then the virtual prototype test was done. Both of corresponding trajectory and posture met the agronomic requirements.
