    摘要:

    基于非線性因素對(duì)滾珠絲杠式慣容器實(shí)際力學(xué)性能的影響機(jī)理分析,建立了考慮摩擦以及絲杠彈性效應(yīng)的慣容器非線性力學(xué)模型,,進(jìn)行了慣容器實(shí)際力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn),,根據(jù)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)慣容器非線性力學(xué)模型中的參數(shù)進(jìn)行了識(shí)別,。在此基礎(chǔ)上,,建立了包含慣容器非線性的兩級(jí)串聯(lián)式慣容器-彈簧-阻尼器(ISD)懸架半車5自由度數(shù)學(xué)模型,,通過(guò)對(duì)懸架參數(shù)的靈敏度分析,,確定了ISD懸架參數(shù)的優(yōu)化變量,。根據(jù)車輛行駛平順性性能評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),建立了ISD懸架參數(shù)優(yōu)化模型,,并采用粒子群優(yōu)化算法對(duì)兩級(jí)串聯(lián)式ISD懸架的參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,。結(jié)果表明,該優(yōu)化方法在滿足車輛行駛安全性和控制懸架撞擊限位概率的要求下,,座椅處垂向加權(quán)加速度均方根降低了24.12%,,車輛行駛平順性得到了顯著改善。

    Abstract:

    Based on the impact of nonlinear factors on the actual mechanical properties of inerter, a nonlinear mechanical model with friction and elastic effect of screw was built. The mechanical property testing of inerter was carried out and the parameters of inerter nonlinear mechanical model were identified through the test data. Then, the mathematical model of two-stage series-connected ISD suspension with five degrees of freedom and nonlinear inerter was built. The optimized variables were determined through the sensitivity analysis of ISD suspension parameters. According to the performance evaluation index of ride comfort, the parameter optimization mathematic model of ISD suspension was established and the parameters were optimized by particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. The optimization results indicated that under the premise the optimization met the requirements of driving safety and suspension working space, and the root mean square value of weighted seat vertical acceleration went down by 24.12%. It was concluded that the method proposed could effectively improve the vehicle ride comfort. 
