    摘要:

    植物病害阻礙植物正常生長,對(duì)蔬菜產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)安全造成威脅,病害檢測(cè)可以有效控制植物病害發(fā)展,是提高果蔬品質(zhì)安全和可持續(xù)生產(chǎn)能力的一個(gè)重要途徑。所有的綠色植物在受到紫外光或可見光激發(fā)時(shí),都會(huì)發(fā)出可見光波段的熒光?;谥参餆晒獾某上窦夹g(shù),是利用計(jì)算機(jī)模擬人眼的視覺功能,,在不破壞植株外觀且不影響其生長的情況下,,獲取植物的熒光圖像,并通過圖像處理算法,,對(duì)植物的健康狀況做出判斷,。本文對(duì)熒光成像技術(shù)及其在植物病害檢測(cè)中的研究進(jìn)行了綜述,介紹了熒光成像的原理,分別從葉綠素?zé)晒夂推渌責(zé)晒鈨煞矫婵偨Y(jié)了國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,。與可見光成像,、高光譜成像、多光譜成像以及熱成像技術(shù)相比,,該技術(shù)具有可獲取植物內(nèi)部信息,、受溫濕度影響小、不局限于晴天采集,、價(jià)格合理等優(yōu)點(diǎn),。

    Abstract:

    Light incident upon a leaf surface will be partially reflected, partially absorbed and partially transmitted. Green plant tissues show an auto fluorescence in the visible spectral range that is excited by UV or visible light. Key pigments in plants, including chlorophyll, carotenoid and other compounds, such as flavonol and anthocyanin, generally have the property of emitting fluorescence after excitation. Fluorescence imaging is a kind of advance techniques based on computer vision. The health information of plant can be acquired by analyzing its fluorescence image without influencing its growth condition. This paper reviewed the researches of applying fluorescence imaging technology to detect plant diseases and compared this technology with RGB imaging, hyperspectral imaging, multispectral imaging and thermal infrared imaging techniques.
