    以廣州地區(qū)生活垃圾為對象在干燥箱內進行了模擬焚燒爐內干燥過程的實驗研究,。分析了溫度對生活垃圾干燥特性的影響,采用實驗數據對7種薄層干燥數學模型進行非線性擬合,,獲得了描述實驗過程的最優(yōu)干燥模型,。結果表明:干燥溫度越高,干燥時間越短,,極值干燥速率越大,。溫度從100℃升高到160℃,干燥時間由322min降至102min,,最大干燥速率由0.009g/(g·min)升高到0.027g/(g·min),;Page,Modified page和Weibull Distribution模型可較準確地描述實驗過程,;通過菲克擴散模型計算出實驗范圍內有效擴散系數從2.212×10-9m2/s變化到8.044×10-9m2/s,,由阿烏尼斯方程得出生活垃圾的活化能為27.035kJ/mol。

    Abstract:

    A series of drying experiments on municipal solid waste(MSW) in Guangzhou were conducted in air dry oven,,simulating the drying process in incineration. The influence of temperature on drying characteristics of MSW was analyzed. Seven different drying models were fitted to the experimental data as comparing the correlation coefficient and chi-squared value. The optimal drying models were obtained to predict experimental drying process. The results showed that drying time was shorter and the maximum drying rate was higher with the higher drying temperature. The drying time decreased from 322min to 102min and the maximum drying rate increased from 0.009g/(g·min) to 0.027g/(g·min) as the drying temperature rising from 100℃ to 160℃. The experimental drying process could be described accurately by page, Modified page and Weibull distribution models. The effective diffusivity of MSW changed from 2.212×10-9m2/s to 8.044×10-9m2/s with fick’s diffusivity model. The MSW activation energy of 27.035kJ/mol was determined through Arrhenius equation.
