    摘要:

    針對輪邊電傳動(dòng)汽車長距離下坡工況中發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的高怠速,、高油耗,,設(shè)計(jì)了反拖回饋電傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng),,輪邊電動(dòng)機(jī)再生制動(dòng)能量回饋至直流母線,,由整流模塊切換到控制同步牽引發(fā)電機(jī),使其工作在牽引電動(dòng)機(jī)狀態(tài),,反拖發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)至額定轉(zhuǎn)速,,此時(shí)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)油門關(guān)閉。依據(jù)分層控制思想,,提出了車輛行駛狀態(tài)判斷的上層控制算法,、基于發(fā)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子頻率跟蹤的中層控制算法和基于雙模糊控制的底層控制算法反拖回饋的3層控制體系。臺(tái)架試驗(yàn)表明:該傳動(dòng)方式可以提供發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)功率20%的連續(xù)制動(dòng)力,,節(jié)省燃油,,控制策略魯棒性好,對駕駛員意圖識別能力強(qiáng),。

    Abstract:

    To solve the problems of high idle speed and fuel consumption of wheeled electric drive vehicle on long downhill condition, an anti-drive energy feedback system was designed. The wheeled motors regenerative braking energy was feedback to DC bus and switched from rectifier to inverter module. The synchronous traction generator was driven by inverter as traction motor, which dragging the engine speed to the rated state, and at this time, the throttle was closed. Based on the hierarchical control idea, a three layers control algorithm of anti-drive feedback system, the up layer control algorithm of vehicle state estimation, middle layer of tracking generator rotor frequency and underlying layer of double fuzzy, was put forward. Bench test result showed the anti-drive energy feedback system could provide continuous braking force which equal to 20% of engine power, and save 15% of fuel. The control strategy has good robustness and strong driver intention recognition.
