    摘要:

    提出了一種基于計(jì)算流體動(dòng)力學(xué)(CFD)計(jì)算液力偶合器軸向力的方法,。通過(guò)獲得偶合器內(nèi)三維,、兩相流動(dòng)流場(chǎng)的數(shù)值解進(jìn)行軸向力計(jì)算,。對(duì)在制動(dòng)工況,、牽引工況和額定工況下不同充液率時(shí)調(diào)速型偶合器工作腔的流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了分析,,并獲得軸向力的變化規(guī)律,。對(duì)不同充液率下偶合器軸向力進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)測(cè)試,,計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)值對(duì)比,,平均誤差為8%,,驗(yàn)證了該計(jì)算方法是有效可行的,。

    Abstract:

    A method is proposed based on CFD to calculate axial force of hydrodynamic coupling. By using the numerical solutions of hydrodynamic coupling inner flow field, which is unsteady, incompressible and viscous two-phase flow, the axial force is calculated. The flow field in working chamber of variable speed hydrodynamic coupling is analyzed in different filling rates under breaking condition, traction condition and rated condition, and the variation low of axial force is obtained. Axial force is measured by experiments in variable speed of high-power hydrodynamic coupling. The comparison of the calculating results with the experimental ones shows that the mean error is 8%, and the calculation method based on CFD is feasible.
