    為了實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)合橋式微動平臺的精確運(yùn)動,提出一種基于其動態(tài)特性的優(yōu)化模型并對其結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,。采用虛功原理推導(dǎo)出平臺的運(yùn)動,、剛度和強(qiáng)度特性模型,。采用偽剛體法和Lagrange方程建立平臺的動態(tài)特性模型,。建立的所有模型是以結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)為變量的封閉形式,,為平臺優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供理論模型,。由理論模型與有限元分析的結(jié)果比較分析可知,,兩者所得的結(jié)果誤差范圍為6.0%~9.3%,表明所推導(dǎo)出的特性模型的正確性和精確性,。根據(jù)固有頻率和放大倍數(shù)封閉形式的模型,,分析其對結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的靈敏度,由此選出對平臺動態(tài)特性影響較大的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)變量,。提出一種以平臺的動態(tài)特性固有頻率和放大倍數(shù)為目標(biāo),,鉸鏈強(qiáng)度、輸入剛度和幾何尺寸為約束的優(yōu)化模型,。結(jié)果表明優(yōu)化后的平臺能獲得更大的固有頻率和放大倍數(shù),,說明方案能滿足其優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to achieve the precise motion of a compound bridge-type micro-platform, an optimization model based on its dynamic characteristics was presented and the optimization design of structure parameters was carried out. The kinematic, stiffness and strength characteristics of the platform were derived by using the virtual work principle. The pseudo-rigid-body method and Lagrange equation were applied to establish the dynamic model. All proposed model is based on the structural parameters as the independent variables in the closed form, and it can provide the theoretical model for the optimization design. By comparing the theoretical model and FEA, the results show that the errors are within 6.0%~9.3%, which illustrates the proposed feature models are correct and precise. According to the closed-form natural frequency and amplification ratio, the sensitivity of this model with respect to structural parameters was analyzed, and then the design variables were chosen, which have greater impact on the dynamic properties of the platform. At last, the optimal model was proposed as the maximum natural frequency and amplification factor for the objective and the hinge strength, input stiffness, and geometric dimensions for constraints. The results show that higher natural frequency and more amplification factor are obtained from the optimum platform.So the proposed optimum platform can meet the design requirement.
