    摘要:

    為了提高木薯收獲機的工作性能,,對其機架結(jié)構(gòu)進行了多目標優(yōu)化設(shè)計,。在CAD/CAE協(xié)同設(shè)計平臺下,對木薯收獲機的機架進行靜力學(xué)有限元分析和靈敏度分析,,建立了多目標優(yōu)化設(shè)計模型,,求解后得到了6組非劣解。在所得6組優(yōu)化設(shè)計方案和原方案中,,采用模糊物元法和熵權(quán)法進行優(yōu)選,,獲得了最佳機架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計方案。優(yōu)化設(shè)計前,、后的對比分析表明,,機架質(zhì)量減小4.29%情況下,最大變形減小27.04%,,從而證明所提出的基于靈敏度分析的機架結(jié)構(gòu)多目標優(yōu)化設(shè)計方法是合理可行的,。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the working performance of cassava harvester, multi-objective optimization design for the rack of the harvester was conducted. Under the CAD/CAE integrated design platforms, the statics finite element analysis and sensitivity analysis of the original rack were executed. Based on the above analysis, the multi-objective optimization design model for the rack was built, and six groups of non-inferior solution were obtained. From six groups of optimization design schemes and original design scheme, the optimal design scheme was selected by using fuzzy matter-element method and entropy-weight method. Comparative analysis on rack before and after optimization design showed that the rack’s mass reduced 4.29% and the maximum deformation reduced 27.04%, which proved that the proposed structural optimization design method for cassava harvester’s rack based on sensitivity analysis was reasonable and feasible.
