    摘要:

    對(duì)M-B分形模型進(jìn)行了修正,,分析了微凸體彈性,、彈塑性,、塑性各階段的變形性質(zhì)。從宏觀和微觀相結(jié)合的角度,,建立了考慮摩擦因素的兩圓柱體結(jié)合面法向剛度分形預(yù)估模型,,該模型具有幾何特性和尺度獨(dú)立性,在一定程度上完善了結(jié)合面動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)的分形模型,。通過(guò)仿真分析揭示了實(shí)際接觸面積,、法向載荷和摩擦因數(shù)對(duì)圓柱體結(jié)合面法向剛度的影響。仿真結(jié)果表明:兩圓柱體結(jié)合面法向剛度隨著實(shí)際接觸面積的增大而增大,,且在較大分形維數(shù)時(shí)增大速率較快,;隨著法向載荷的增大而增大;隨著摩擦因數(shù)的增大而持續(xù)減小,,當(dāng)摩擦因數(shù)小于0.3時(shí),,法向剛度隨摩擦因數(shù)的增大呈線性衰減,當(dāng)摩擦因數(shù)大于0.3時(shí),,法向剛度隨摩擦因數(shù)的增大呈指數(shù)衰減規(guī)律,。

    Abstract:

    The M-B fractal model was modified. The deformation properties of elastic stage, elastic-plastic stage and plastic stage of elastomer were analyzed. In the combination of macro and micro perspective, the fractal model of normal contact stiffness between two cylinders’ joint surfaces was established considering the influence of friction. And the influence of relevant parameters on the normal contact stiffness was revealed with the research of numerical simulation. The work had geometric characteristics and scale independence, which improved the fractal model of joint surfaces to a certain extent. Simulation works showed that normal contact stiffness increased with the increase of actual contact area and contact force, and decreased with the increase of normal load. And when the friction coefficient was less than 0.3, the normal contact stiffness showed linear attenuation with the increase of friction coefficient. When the friction coefficient was larger than 0.3, the normal contact stiffness showed exponential attenuation with the increase of friction coefficient.
