    摘要:

    為實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)工作過程中籽粒清選損失的實(shí)時(shí)自動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè),,運(yùn)用ANSYS軟件分別以不銹鋼304板,、T6鋁板,、黃銅板作為敏感板,,在不同厚度,、邊界條件下進(jìn)行模態(tài)分析并以YT-5L型壓電陶瓷作為敏感元件制成不同形式的籽粒損失監(jiān)測(cè)傳感器進(jìn)行了籽粒碰撞試驗(yàn),,研究了敏感板振動(dòng)特性與檢測(cè)性能之間的關(guān)系,優(yōu)選了籽粒損失監(jiān)測(cè)傳感器敏感板的材料及結(jié)構(gòu),。設(shè)計(jì)了由電壓放大器,、帶通濾波器電路、絕對(duì)值峰值檢波放大電路,、包絡(luò)線檢波電路,、電壓比較器電路和整波電路等組成的信號(hào)調(diào)制電路,以AT89C52單片機(jī)為核心開發(fā)測(cè)控系統(tǒng),實(shí)時(shí)采集籽粒損失信號(hào)并具有報(bào)警,、通訊輸出功能。將研制的籽粒損失監(jiān)測(cè)傳感器安裝在聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)上進(jìn)行田間試驗(yàn),,結(jié)果表明所研制的籽粒損失監(jiān)測(cè)傳感器能夠有效識(shí)別出飽滿籽粒并實(shí)時(shí)顯示清選損失率,,最大測(cè)量相對(duì)誤差為2.39%。

    Abstract:

    To monitor grain cleaning loss of combine harvester automatically and real-timely during the working process, a grain loss monitoring sensor was developed. Modal analysis was carried out under the conditions of different thicknesses and different boundaries by using ANSYS software with 304 stainless steel plate, T6 aluminum, brass plate as sensitive plates. Grain collision tests were carried out to study the relationship between the sensitive plate vibration characteristics and detecting performance by using YT-5L piezoelectric ceramic as sensitive element. Material and structure of the sensitive plate was selected. A signal process circuit which composed of voltage amplifier, band-pass filter, precision full-wave rectification and envelope detector and a control instrument which used AT89C52 microcontroller as the core chip were developed to measure the grain impact signal. The control instrument also had the alarm and communication functions. Field experimental results showed that the instrument could discriminate grain impact signal from strong interference effectively, and the grain cleaning loss ratio could be real-timely displayed, the maximum monitoring error was 2.39%. 
