    為提高機(jī)械式自動(dòng)變速器(AMT)換擋品質(zhì)并縮短換擋過(guò)程動(dòng)力中斷時(shí)間,提出了一種電磁直線執(zhí)行器直接驅(qū)動(dòng)的AMT換擋機(jī)構(gòu),。換擋機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)總質(zhì)量為1.37 kg,,較傳統(tǒng)全電式AMT換擋機(jī)構(gòu)總質(zhì)量(約1.78 kg)降低23%,。對(duì)換擋過(guò)程進(jìn)行了分段研究,,并在換擋過(guò)程數(shù)學(xué)模型和AMT試驗(yàn)臺(tái)架基礎(chǔ)上,,驗(yàn)證了設(shè)計(jì)方案的可行性,。換擋機(jī)構(gòu)換擋過(guò)程中無(wú)選擋操作,,可實(shí)現(xiàn)擋位切換時(shí)退、進(jìn)擋同時(shí)進(jìn)行的功能,,轉(zhuǎn)速差為500 r/min,、轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量為0.03 kg·m2,,換擋時(shí)3擋至4擋的換擋時(shí)間約為120 ms,,提升了AMT的換擋品質(zhì),且仍有進(jìn)一步提高的余地,。研究表明,,電磁直線執(zhí)行器直接驅(qū)動(dòng)的AMT換擋機(jī)構(gòu)可實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)換擋功能。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the shifting quality and reduce the shift time, a shifting mechanism for automated manual transmission (AMT) direct driven by electromagnetic linear actuator was proposed. Compared with the conventional AMT (about 1.78 kg), the total mass of shifting mechanism (1.37 kg) was reduced by 23%. The shift process was divided into several stages and the feasibility of design program was verified based on detailed mathematical models of shift process and the test bench of AMT. Gear select movement did not exist in the process of gearshift and it could make upshift and downshift happened in the same time. The 3~4 gearshift time was controlled at 120 ms when the rotary speed difference was 500 r/min and the moment of inertia was 0.03 kg·m2. The shifting quality of AMT was improved and could be further improved in the future. The results showed that the shifting mechanism of automated manual transmission based on electromagnetic linear actuator could achieve the functional of automatic shift, and it had well application prospect in the field of automatic transmission.
