    以生物質(zhì)稻殼氣化殘?jiān)≧HA)為原料,通過KOH溶液高溫水熱反應(yīng)制取RHA硅溶膠,采用水熱合成法制備K—ZSM—5分子篩??疾炝藷崴磻?yīng)時(shí)間對(duì)Si溶出率的影響,,分析了RHA硅溶膠的復(fù)雜物質(zhì)組成,。研究了RHA硅溶膠復(fù)雜合成體系中,,模板劑種類,、硅鋁摩爾比,、晶化溫度和晶化時(shí)間等因素對(duì)K—ZSM—5分子篩成核與生長(zhǎng)過程的影響規(guī)律,;并采用XRD、SEM,、ICP,、TG、N2吸附脫附等手段表征分子篩晶體,。結(jié)果表明:直接以RHA硅溶膠為原料合成K—ZSM—5分子篩時(shí),,對(duì)有機(jī)模板劑的結(jié)構(gòu)導(dǎo)向作用要求較高;采用乙醇類的弱有機(jī)模板劑無法合成出分子篩晶體,;采用低含量的TPABr強(qiáng)有機(jī)模板劑,,可以在一定硅鋁摩爾比范圍內(nèi)合成出晶形較為完備的K—ZSM—5分子篩晶體,但存在合成體系可調(diào)范圍比較窄,,晶形雜亂且粒度較大,,合成溫度較高,合成時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)等劣勢(shì),。實(shí)驗(yàn)還發(fā)現(xiàn),,煅燒方式對(duì)所合成的大粒度K—ZSM—5分子篩晶體的孔道結(jié)構(gòu)影響較大,直接550℃高溫煅燒容易形成積碳,,須在350℃中溫?zé)峤?h后,,再550℃高溫煅燒才能獲得純凈的K—ZSM—5分子篩產(chǎn)品。

    Abstract:

    The rice husk ash (RHA) from biomass gasifiers was hydrothermally reacted with KOH solution to obtain the RHA ludox, which was used to synthesize K—ZSM—5 zeolite by hydrothermal crystallization. The effect of hydrothermal reaction time on the Si dissolving rate was investigated, and the complex composition of the RHA ludox was analyzed as well. The effects of template types, Si/Al molar ratio, crystallization temperature and time on the nucleation and growth of K—ZSM—5 zeolite in the complex RHA synthesis system were studied. The as-synthesized samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, ICP, TG, N2 adsorption-desorption and other means. The results showed that the structural directing agents with strong template effect were necessary to synthesize K—ZSM—5 zeolite directly using the RHA ludox. The zeolite crystals could not be prepared by the weak organic template as ethanol, however, using little TPABr strong template, the K—ZSM—5 zeolite crystals could be synthesized with a certain range of the Si/Al molar ratio. But there were some disadvantages such as the narrow adjustable range of synthesis solution, irregular crystal shape, large grain size, high synthesis temperature, long reaction time, and so on. It was also found that the calcination methods had great influence on the pore structure of large K—ZSM—5 products. It was easy to form deposited carbon over the zeolite crystals that were directly calcined at 550℃. To obtain pure K—ZSM—5 products, it must be calcined at 350℃ for 3 h before high temperature calcination at 550℃.
