    摘要:

    采集我國不同地區(qū),、不同品種的71個麥秸樣品,,選取其中54個為校正集,,17個為獨立的驗證集,。采用Spectrum 400型和Antaris Target型兩種近紅外光譜儀,,分別對麥秸低位熱值進行實驗室靜態(tài)和模擬在線快速預測分析。利用Spectrum 400型近紅外光譜儀對麥秸低位熱值進行實驗室靜態(tài)分析,,建立的預測模型校正集決定系數為0.90,,驗證集相對分析誤差為2.75。利用Antaris Target型近紅外光譜儀對麥秸低位熱值進行實驗室模擬在線分析,,建立預測模型,,校正集決定系數為0.93,驗證集相對分析誤差為3.26,。對這兩種光譜采集條件下的近紅外光譜快速分析模型進行了比較分析,。

    Abstract:

    A total of 71 wheat straw samples of different varieties were collected from different locations of China. 54 samples were selected as calibration set, and the rest 17 samples were taken as validation set. Static and simulated online quantitative analysis models of net calorific value of wheat straw were established in laboratory by two different near-infrared spectrometers—Spectrum 400 and Antaris Target, respectively. Spectrum 400 was used for rapid detection in a static mode. The determination coefficient and the relative analysis error of calibration set were 0.90 and 2.75. Antaris Target was used to simulate on-line detection. The determination coefficient and the relative analysis error of calibration set were 0.93 and 3.26. Moreover, the static and simulated online models were compared and discussed.
