    摘要:

    以D型打結(jié)器為對(duì)象,,在打結(jié)器時(shí)序研究的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)打結(jié)器空間結(jié)構(gòu)布局進(jìn)行了研究,。通過(guò)打結(jié)器工作原理分析,,確定了保證D型打結(jié)器成結(jié)八大動(dòng)作順利實(shí)現(xiàn)的各關(guān)鍵空間結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)關(guān)系,,建立了打結(jié)器參數(shù)化模型,。以mathematica 8.0為工具對(duì)空間關(guān)鍵軸參數(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),最終確定了具有不同空間參數(shù)的機(jī)架Ⅰ和機(jī)架Ⅱ,。兩機(jī)架配合New Holland其他零件后進(jìn)行了打結(jié)試驗(yàn),。結(jié)果表明,在室內(nèi),,機(jī)架Ⅰ的成結(jié)率比機(jī)架Ⅱ低1.0%,,但相同預(yù)緊力下,其所成繩結(jié)平均可承受拉力比機(jī)架Ⅱ所成繩結(jié)提高了13.9%,;在田間,,機(jī)架Ⅰ成結(jié)率比機(jī)架Ⅱ低4.0%,但其所成繩結(jié)可承受拉力比機(jī)架Ⅱ高2.5%,。田間所成繩結(jié)的平均可承受拉力比室內(nèi)成結(jié)高94.2%~115.9%,,表明預(yù)緊力及成結(jié)過(guò)程外界對(duì)捆繩的附加拉力會(huì)影響最終繩結(jié)可承受拉力。

    Abstract:

    Spatial structure of the D-type knotter was studied based on its working sequence. Key spatial parameter relationships were confirmed to ensure the eight knotting processes going well through analyzing the knotter working principle, and the parameter model of knotter was build. Key spatial axes parameters were also designed by using mathematica 8.0 software, and two knotter frames were finally determined with different spatial parameters. The knotting experiments were carried out by using the two different knotter frames which were both assembled with the homogeneous New Holland parts, the results showed that, in the indoor experiment, the knotting rate of knotter frame Ⅰ (KFI) was 1.0% lower than knotter frame Ⅱ (KFII), while the average breaking force of the knot formed by the KFI was 13.9% higher than KFII at the same preload. In the field experiment, the knotting rate of KFI was decreased 4.0% in compared with KFII while its average breaking force was 2.5% higher than KFII. The average breaking force of the knot formed in the field was 94.2%~115.9% higher than indoor due to the different preloads and the additional extend force of the compressed straw baler. 
