    摘要:

    采用計(jì)算流體力學(xué)(CFD)方法對(duì)全流場(chǎng)模型下離心泵的性能進(jìn)行了分析。闡述了離心泵計(jì)算區(qū)域的拓?fù)鋲K生成和結(jié)構(gòu)化網(wǎng)格劃分方法,;分析了全流場(chǎng)模型和非全流場(chǎng)模型的數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果,,并比較兩者產(chǎn)生差異的原因,。證實(shí)了腔體的存在對(duì)模擬結(jié)果的影響,,得到的全流場(chǎng)數(shù)值模擬性能預(yù)測(cè)精度優(yōu)于非全流場(chǎng)數(shù)值模擬,,其流態(tài)分布也存在顯著的差別,,并獲得了口環(huán)泄漏量與離心泵流量和揚(yáng)程的關(guān)系,。將離心泵全流場(chǎng)模型的模擬結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)值進(jìn)行了對(duì)比:設(shè)計(jì)工況點(diǎn)(Qd),,離心泵的揚(yáng)程相對(duì)誤差為0.79%,,效率相對(duì)誤差為0.9%,模擬結(jié)果和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果比較接近,;在0.2Qd時(shí),,揚(yáng)程相對(duì)誤差為6.24%,效率相對(duì)誤差為9.61%,,極小流量點(diǎn)的數(shù)值模擬精度有待提高,。

    Abstract:

    The performance of centrifugal pump with whole flow field was analyzed by using CFD technique. The blocking strategies and mesh generation on domains of the pump were presented. Numerical simulation of whole flow field model and simple model in CFX for the pump was then carried out and the reason of the difference between two models was compared. It was verified that the cavity indeed had effects on simulation results. The whole flow field model showed a higher accuracy than the simple model, and the flow pattern of two models were also different. The relationship between the sub-flowrates through front cavity and the overall performance of the pump was evaluated. The simulation results of whole flow field model and the measured results were compared. The relative errors of the head and efficiency were 0.79% and 0.9% at the normal flow rate Qd, while they were 6.24% and 9.61% at 0.2Qd. The accuracy of numerical simulation should be improved at minimal flow point.
