    摘要:

    為實(shí)現(xiàn)非圓斜齒輪滾切加工,,基于5軸聯(lián)動(dòng)滾切策略,,應(yīng)用運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)原理推導(dǎo)齒坯附加轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)和滾刀附加轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)2種方案的基本數(shù)學(xué)模型,;采用工件等弧長(zhǎng),、工件等轉(zhuǎn)角和工件等極角3種方法簡(jiǎn)化該模型,,構(gòu)成6種滾切實(shí)現(xiàn)方案及實(shí)用模型,;采用Matlab軟件對(duì)6種模型進(jìn)行五聯(lián)動(dòng)軸的(角)速度,、(角)加速度動(dòng)態(tài)性能分析,,得出加工精度及效率高,、動(dòng)態(tài)品質(zhì)綜合性能較好的等弧長(zhǎng)齒坯附加轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)和等弧長(zhǎng)滾刀附加轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)2種最佳模型,。經(jīng)滾切試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了模型的正確性,齒面測(cè)試分析與仿真結(jié)論一致,。

    Abstract:

    The application of non-circular helical gears has been restricted to its manufacturing techniques. To realize their hobbing process, based on the strategy of a five-axle linkage, two basic mathematical models of the schemes of work piece extra rotation or hob extra rotation were deduced according to the kinematic principle. The models were simplified based on the algorithms of the equal arc length or equal rotate angle or equal polar angle, which composed the six implementing schemes and functional models. The models obtained were analyzed about the dynamic property of the five synchronal axes, including both their velocities or angular velocities and their accelerations or angular accelerations, by using Matlab. Finally, the two optimization models that equal arc length & work piece extra rotation and equal arc length & hob extra rotation with high accuracy and efficiency were obtained, which have highly dynamic comprehensive performance. The models were demonstrated to be valid by hobbing testing, and the results between the testing of tooth flanks and computer simulations were in good agreement. 
