    摘要:

    通過室內(nèi)模型試驗(yàn),對(duì)80目和120目自清洗網(wǎng)式過濾器在清水過濾時(shí)的水頭損失和排污狀態(tài)下的最佳排污時(shí)間進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,。清水過濾狀態(tài)時(shí),,通過對(duì)試驗(yàn)用過濾器的進(jìn)水口和出水口建立伯努利方程,,推導(dǎo)出過濾器清水水頭損失的通用表達(dá)式,在不同的進(jìn)水流量下(0~220m3/h),,結(jié)合試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)得出了2種目數(shù)濾網(wǎng)水頭損失的經(jīng)驗(yàn)表達(dá)式;排污狀態(tài)時(shí),在對(duì)2種濾網(wǎng)各自設(shè)置5個(gè)不同排污壓差及3個(gè)相應(yīng)不同進(jìn)水含沙量條件下,,得出了排污口含沙量隨排污時(shí)間的變化曲線規(guī)律為先變大后減小,15s時(shí)出現(xiàn)拐點(diǎn),,20s以后趨于穩(wěn)定,,為保證過濾器的排污效果及節(jié)約水資源,確定過濾器的最佳理論排污時(shí)間段為20~30s,,結(jié)合試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)和誤差分析,,理論推導(dǎo)出120目濾網(wǎng)的最佳排污時(shí)間計(jì)算表達(dá)式,計(jì)算結(jié)果表明:理論值與試驗(yàn)值吻合較好,。

    Abstract:

    Based on the indoor model test, the head loss in the clear water filtration and optimal drainage time in the pollution state of the 80 mesh and 120 mesh self-cleaning screen filter was studied. The results showed that in the filtering state, general expression of clean water head loss was deduced through establishing Bernoulli equation from inlet to outlet of the filter. Two mesh head loss experience expression was obtained under different water flows (0~220m3/h). In the drainage conditions of two filters with five different discharge pressure differentials and three corresponding different sediment concentration, the rule of the curve showed that water sediment concentration of the drain changes with drainage time increasing at first and then decreasing. An inflection point appeared at 15s, and the outfall’s sediment tended to stabilization when the discharge time reached to 20s. To ensure the effect of discharge of the filter and saving water, the optimal discharge time of the filter was set to 20~30s in theory. Based on the experiments and error analysis, the optimal discharge time expression of 120 mesh filters was deduced. The results showed that the values of theory and test agreed well.
