    摘要:

    對(duì)多級(jí)泵進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)力學(xué)分析時(shí),,需要先對(duì)多級(jí)泵所用的滑動(dòng)軸承進(jìn)行動(dòng)特性系數(shù)計(jì)算,。采用有限差分法將雷諾方程中導(dǎo)數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換為差分形式,。通過Matlab編程對(duì)靜態(tài)雷諾方程進(jìn)行迭代求解,求得靜態(tài)油膜壓力分布,。無量綱動(dòng)特性系數(shù)僅與軸承寬徑比和偏心率有關(guān),,為了確定軸承的偏心率,,用辛普森積分法求油膜承載力,,用插值法不斷改變油膜偏心率直到油膜承載力與軸承處支反力大小相等。對(duì)小擾動(dòng)下的雷諾方程繼續(xù)用Matlab進(jìn)行求解得到4個(gè)擾動(dòng)壓力,,再用辛普森積分法求得動(dòng)特性系數(shù),。取寬徑比為0.2,偏心率為0.4,,通過將所編制的程序與窄軸承簡(jiǎn)化公式的計(jì)算值對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn)算法可靠,。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明軸承的交叉阻尼系數(shù)幾乎相等,并用Matlab繪制了軸承的擾動(dòng)壓力分布圖,。

    Abstract:

    To analyze the rotor dynamics of the multistage pump, it is necessary to calculate the dynamic coefficients of journal bearing. The derivatives of the Reynolds equation were transformed into difference forms. The Reynolds equation was solved by programming in the Matlab, then the distribution of the static pressure was obtained. The dimensionless pressure was determined by width-diameter ratio and eccentricity ratio. To get the eccentricity ratio, the bearing capacity was calculated by using Simpson’s integral formula. The eccentricity ratio was changed by using interpolation method until bearing capacity equal the reverse supporting force. The pressure of small disturbance was obtained by programming and calculating the dynamic coefficients. The width-diameter ratio and eccentricity ratio was set as 0.2 and 0.4 respectively. Compared the results of this algorithm with that of the short bearing approximation, it showed that this algorithm was reliable. The results showed that the cross-damping coefficients of one journal bearing were almost equal. The diagrams of the journal bearing’s pressure with small disturbance were drawn by Matlab.
