    摘要:

    為了實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)排氣余熱能的高效回收與利用,,設(shè)計(jì)了抽氣回?zé)崾接袡C(jī)朗肯循環(huán)(ORC)系統(tǒng)。在Matlab環(huán)境下,分析了抽氣壓力,、蒸發(fā)壓力,、膨脹機(jī)入口溫度等因素對(duì)系統(tǒng)性能的影響,并利用熱力學(xué)第一定律及第二定律將抽氣回?zé)崾絆RC和基本ORC進(jìn)行對(duì)比,。研究結(jié)果表明,,在固定蒸發(fā)壓力下,抽氣回?zé)崾絆RC系統(tǒng)的熱效率,、火用效率隨抽氣壓力的增大而先增大后減小,,工質(zhì)質(zhì)量流量隨抽氣壓力的增大而逐漸增大,蒸發(fā)器換熱量隨抽氣壓力的增大先減小后增大,;與基本ORC系統(tǒng)相比,,抽氣回?zé)崾絆RC系統(tǒng)的熱效率、火用效率均有提高,,火用損率降低,,因此抽氣回?zé)崾絆RC系統(tǒng)余熱回收效果更明顯。

    Abstract:

    A regenerative organic Rankine cycle (ORC) system was designed to recover and utilize the waste heat energy from engine exhaust gas efficiently. The mathematical model of regenerative ORC was built up in Matlab and the influences of the factors such as suction pressure, evaporating pressure and expander inlet temperature on system performance were analyzed. Then the regenerative ORC was compared with the basic ORC by using a combined first and second law analysis. According to the results, when the evaporating pressure remained constant, the regenerative ORC system thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency would increase at first, then decrease with the increasing of suction pressure. The mass flow rate increased while the heat transfer rate in the evaporator decreased first and then increased with the increasing of suction pressure. By comparing the two configurations, it was seen that regenerative ORC produced higher efficiency with a lower irreversibility and could recover waste heat energy more effectively.
