    摘要:

    數(shù)字化設(shè)計是實(shí)施大批量定制的重要技術(shù)之一,,建立設(shè)計模型是實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字化設(shè)計自動求解的關(guān)鍵,。通過深入分析產(chǎn)品設(shè)計知識,,提出了基于需求參數(shù)→關(guān)鍵參數(shù)→結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)三級驅(qū)動模型的數(shù)字化設(shè)計策略與方法,。一級驅(qū)動以需求參數(shù)為輸入,,由方案設(shè)計系統(tǒng)推理及優(yōu)化得出產(chǎn)品關(guān)鍵參數(shù),,二級驅(qū)動以關(guān)鍵參數(shù)為輸入,驅(qū)動根據(jù)層次化策略建立的基于各種性能和結(jié)構(gòu)推導(dǎo)的約束網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,,得到各零部件的細(xì)化結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),,三級驅(qū)動以細(xì)化結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)為輸入,驅(qū)動參數(shù)化的幾何模型及遠(yuǎn)程的有限元分析模型,,進(jìn)行可視化幾何與性能驗(yàn)證,,同時基于Web技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了分布式數(shù)字化設(shè)計。以浙江省某起重機(jī)械廠的QD型橋式起重機(jī)數(shù)字化設(shè)計為例說明了上述策略和方法的有效性,。

    Abstract:

    Digital design is an important tactic for mass customization. It is a key technique to establish an effective design model. Through analyzing design knowledge, a method of digital design based on a three-level-drive model which included demand parameters, key parameters and structure parameters was proposed. Demand parameters were the input of first level drive, where product key parameters were obtained through product scheme design system and optimization model. Key parameters were the input of second-level drive, where a hierarchical strategy was advised to establish constraint network model, so that detail structure parameters of parts can be derived. Detail structure parameters were the input of third level drive which could drive parametric geometry model and remote finite element analysis model to validate the design. Web-based technology was also employed to facilitate the distributed digital design. The whole strategy and method were put into practice in a crane factory, and proved to be applicable and effective.
