    摘要:

    基于各向異性分形幾何理論,建立了一種結(jié)合面切向接觸剛度改進(jìn)模型,。通過(guò)對(duì)所建模型的數(shù)字仿真,,直觀地揭示了結(jié)合面切向接觸剛度與結(jié)合面法向載荷、切向載荷,、結(jié)合面分形維數(shù)D,、結(jié)合面分形粗糙度G、相關(guān)因子K,、材料特性φ之間復(fù)雜的非線性關(guān)系,。數(shù)字仿真結(jié)果表明:結(jié)合面切向接觸剛度隨著法向載荷、相關(guān)因子或材料特性的增加而增加,,但隨著切向載荷,、分形粗糙度的增加而減小,;當(dāng)分形維數(shù)較小時(shí),,結(jié)合面切向接觸剛度隨著分形維數(shù)的增加而增加;當(dāng)分形維數(shù)較大時(shí),,結(jié)合面切向接觸剛度隨著分形維數(shù)的增加而減小,。

    Abstract:

    An improved model of tangential contact stiffness for joint interface was put forward by using anisotropic fractal geometric theory. Numerical simulation was executed to visually attain the complex nonlinear relationships between joint interface tangential contact stiffness and normal load, tangential load, fractal dimension D, fractal roughness G, relating factor K and material property φ. The numerical simulation results indicate that the joint interface tangential contact stiffness increases with increasing normal load, relating factor K or material property φ, but decreases with increasing tangential load or fractal roughness. When fractal dimension is smaller, the joint interface tangential contact stiffness increases as fractal dimension increases. However, when fractal dimension becomes larger, the joint interface tangential contact stiffness decreases as fractal dimension increases.
