    摘要:

    機(jī)械產(chǎn)品專利包含了產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)和創(chuàng)新的技術(shù)知識,,對專利知識有效提取和合理表示是利用專利知識輔助產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一,。分析了現(xiàn)有專利技術(shù)方案提取方法和知識表示所存在的問題,,提出了針對英文專利包括技術(shù)對象和技術(shù)關(guān)系兩方面提取任務(wù)的專利作用結(jié)構(gòu)知識提取方法,建立了基于可擴(kuò)展標(biāo)記語言結(jié)構(gòu)XSD表示和統(tǒng)一建模語言UML的專利作用結(jié)構(gòu)知識表示模型,。研究了機(jī)械產(chǎn)品專利語言的特點(diǎn),,采用最大熵原理和專利術(shù)語詞典識別提取技術(shù)對象,通過建立組成類動詞庫識別核心動詞提取技術(shù)關(guān)系,。該專利作用結(jié)構(gòu)知識表示模型具有表達(dá)直觀和提取過程計算機(jī)自動處理等特點(diǎn),。結(jié)合專利實(shí)例,提出了從專利中提取專利作用結(jié)構(gòu)知識,,寫入XSD結(jié)構(gòu)化文檔,,最后轉(zhuǎn)化為專利作用結(jié)構(gòu)表示圖的獲取過程。

    Abstract:

    The problems of the existed acquisition method and representation method for patent technical solution were discussed. A new knowledge acquisition method for mechanical patent’s principle solution including the acquisition task of technical object and technical relationship was proposed. Based on extensible markup language schema definition (XSD) and unified modeling language (UML), the representation model of patent technical solution was built up. According to the characteristics of mechanical patent’s text, technical object with the method of maximum entropy principle and patent term dictionary was acquired. The composition verb database was established and technical relationship was acquired. This method has some advantages such as the intuitionistic representation of the patent knowledge and the feature that the knowledge was automatically processed by computer. A whole process involved the steps like acquiring the principle knowledge from patent documents, writing the knowledge into XSD and transforming XSD to the representation model was illustrated with a US patent in detail. The model and process laid the foundation for the efficient utilization of patent knowledge.
