    摘要:

    對香蕉園電動(dòng)滑車式索道系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究,將系統(tǒng)中滑車位置、滑車速度、蕉穗擺角,、擺角角速度作為廣義坐標(biāo)狀態(tài)量,,采用拉格朗日方程進(jìn)行推導(dǎo)并建立系統(tǒng)數(shù)學(xué)模型,,理論和試驗(yàn)分析了系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)特性,。虛擬樣機(jī)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,,在掛鉤點(diǎn)到各蕉穗質(zhì)心距離相同的前提下,,可將多運(yùn)動(dòng)質(zhì)量串聯(lián)式的蕉穗運(yùn)送系統(tǒng)等效為單運(yùn)動(dòng)質(zhì)量的吊重系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究,。由同工況的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果可知,采用建立的動(dòng)力學(xué)解析模型,、虛擬樣機(jī)模型,,與實(shí)際系統(tǒng)在蕉穗擺動(dòng)角速度的頻率、幅值結(jié)果基本一致,,虛擬樣機(jī)模型的計(jì)算結(jié)果與實(shí)際值接近,。說明建立的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)解析模型正確,虛擬樣機(jī)模型能真實(shí)反映系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)特征,,可為實(shí)際系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和改進(jìn)提供理論參考和指導(dǎo),。

    Abstract:

    The electric pulley cableway system in banana plantation was studied. With the selection of the pulley location, pulley speed, swing angle and swing angular velocity of banana bunch as generalized coordinate variables, the mathematical model was derived with Lagrange equations. The dynamic characteristics were analyzed theoretically and experimentally. The results of virtual test showed that the conveying system with multiple moving mass in series was similar to the hoist system with a single moving mass if the distances between each hook point and banana bunch centroid were equal. The test results illustrated that the proposed dynamic analytical model and virtual prototype model were similar to actual system for analyzing the frequency and amplitude of swing angular velocity. The analytical results of virtual prototype model were basically consistent with the actual data. It is evident that the dynamics analytical model is correct and the virtual prototype model gives the realistic reflection to the system dynamics, which provide theoretical reference for the design and modification of the actual system. 
