    摘要:

    以提高輸出阻尼力和減少響應(yīng)時(shí)間為目標(biāo),,對(duì)磁流變阻尼器進(jìn)行勵(lì)磁線圈纏繞方法和磁場(chǎng)融合匹配分析,,提出了基于反向串聯(lián)線圈纏繞和活塞-永磁復(fù)合體的結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化方法,并設(shè)計(jì)了一種磁流變阻尼器件,。在DS-100型動(dòng)靜試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)上進(jìn)行不同激振頻率,、激振振幅和控制電流下的綜合性能測(cè)試,。研究表明,優(yōu)化后磁流變阻尼器的輸出阻尼力可提高65%,,響應(yīng)時(shí)間最大可減少50%,。研究結(jié)果為進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)磁流變阻尼器性能提供了參考依據(jù)。

    Abstract:

    To improve damping force and reduce response time of magnetorheological (MR) damper, an optimal structure designing method was presented. The structure optimal methods, including reverse series of excitation coils and composed permanent magnets piston structure, was based on the calculation of resultant magnetic field for different excitation coil winding approachs. According to the provided structure optimal method, a MR damper was manufactured and its mechanical performances were tested on type DS-100 fatigue-testing machine with different forcing vibration frequency, vibration amplitude and control current. The experiments showed that the damping force of the proposed MR increased by 65%, and the response time reduces to more than a half at the most. This result provided an important reference to further mechanical property improvement of MR damper.
