    摘要:

    對(duì)自動(dòng)變速器與自動(dòng)傳動(dòng)液摩擦特性進(jìn)行匹配性分析,,確定自動(dòng)變速器換擋元件的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)以及影響該評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的自動(dòng)傳動(dòng)液關(guān)鍵特性,。通過建立動(dòng)力學(xué)模型以及動(dòng)態(tài)仿真模型對(duì)扭矩容量,、功率密度與滑摩功進(jìn)行計(jì)算與仿真分析,,獲得與自動(dòng)變速器換擋元件相匹配的自動(dòng)傳動(dòng)液摩擦特性的要求,。對(duì)計(jì)算結(jié)果,、仿真結(jié)果和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,,證明了此方法的可行性,、正確性與有效性,。

    Abstract:

    The matching analysis was carried out between automatic transmission (AT) and the friction characteristics of automatic transmission fluid (ATF). The evaluation indexes of shifting elements in AT and the key characteristics of ATF which influenced the evaluation indexes of shifting elements in AT were confirmed. The dynamical model and the dynamic simulation model were built. The calculation and simulation analysis were done for torque capacity, power density, and friction work. The matching requirements between the shifting elements in AT and the friction characteristics of ATF could be obtained. The feasibility, correctness and effectiveness of the method could be proved. 
