    摘要:

    對自動變速器與自動傳動液摩擦特性進行匹配性分析,,確定自動變速器換擋元件的評價指標以及影響該評價指標的自動傳動液關鍵特性,。通過建立動力學模型以及動態(tài)仿真模型對扭矩容量,、功率密度與滑摩功進行計算與仿真分析,,獲得與自動變速器換擋元件相匹配的自動傳動液摩擦特性的要求。對計算結(jié)果、仿真結(jié)果和試驗結(jié)果進行對比分析,,證明了此方法的可行性、正確性與有效性,。

    Abstract:

    The matching analysis was carried out between automatic transmission (AT) and the friction characteristics of automatic transmission fluid (ATF). The evaluation indexes of shifting elements in AT and the key characteristics of ATF which influenced the evaluation indexes of shifting elements in AT were confirmed. The dynamical model and the dynamic simulation model were built. The calculation and simulation analysis were done for torque capacity, power density, and friction work. The matching requirements between the shifting elements in AT and the friction characteristics of ATF could be obtained. The feasibility, correctness and effectiveness of the method could be proved. 
