    摘要:

    設(shè)計(jì)了2種結(jié)構(gòu)形式的車用蓄能懸架,,建立了車輛蓄能懸架系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,構(gòu)建了Ⅰ,、Ⅱ型蓄能懸架結(jié)構(gòu),采取多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化方法,,得到了2種蓄能懸架的性能參數(shù),在仿真基礎(chǔ)上,,進(jìn)行了臺(tái)架試驗(yàn),,仿真與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果較為一致,表明蓄能懸架系統(tǒng)充分發(fā)揮了彈簧相位滯后,、阻尼器呈中性及蓄能器相位超前的特性,,提高了車輛隔振能力,協(xié)調(diào)了整車綜合性能,。

    Abstract:

    Two types of suspension with inerters were designed. The mathematical model of suspension with inerters was built. The suspension with inerters ofⅠandⅡtypes were set up. With the multi-objective optimization methods, the performance parameters of the two types were obtained. Based on the simulation, the bench test was done and the simulation was consistent with the test results. It shows that the suspension with inerters exerts the feature that spring was phase leg, damper was neutral and inerters was phase advance. The vehicle vibration isolation performance was increased and the comprehensive performance of vehicle was coordinated.
