    摘要:

    為確定溫室地下蓄熱系統(tǒng)換熱管道空氣流速對其加溫運行時熱量交換和水蒸氣遷移的影響,,測試了該系統(tǒng)以不同換熱管道空氣流速蓄熱后,夜間加溫時換熱管道進出口空氣溫度與濕度,、地坪溫度、室外溫度,,計算了換熱管道進出口處空氣的含濕量,、焓、蓄熱功率,。結(jié)果表明,,在冬季晴朗的天氣下,系統(tǒng)以0.6,、1.0,、1.5、2.0,、2.5,、2.8m/s的換熱管道空氣流速白晝蓄熱后,夜間以與蓄熱時相同的空氣流速加溫時,,溫室內(nèi)低溫高濕空氣流經(jīng)換熱管道后,,溫度、焓顯著增加,,相對濕度明顯降低,,加溫功率隨換熱管道流速增加而增加,平均加溫功率分別達1.0,、1.6,、3.2、6.4,、7.2,、7.7kW;當換熱管道空氣流速小于2m/s時,,加溫效果不顯著,;當換熱管道空氣流速大于2.5m/s時持續(xù)加溫能力差;在滿足作物夜間生長所需溫度條件時,,應(yīng)以2.0m/s的換熱管道空氣流速加溫,。

    Abstract:

    Effects of the air velocity in heat exchanging pipes on heat exchanging and water vapor transformation was studied in double-film covering greenhouse during heating at night in winter. The temperature and humidity in inlet and outlet of heat exchanging pipes, floor temperature in heat storage greenhouse and outside temperature were measured at different air velocities in the heat exchanging pipes. The humidity ratio, enthalpy of inlet and outlet of heat exchanging pipes and the power for heating were computed. The results showed that the temperature and enthalpy of cold air with high humidity flowing through heat exchanging pipes increased apparently and the humidity reduced when the air velocities in heat exchanging pipes were respectively 0.6m/s, 1.0m/s, 1.5m/s, 2.0m/s, 2.5m/s and 2.8m/s during heating at night after heat saving in clear days. The power for heating was enhanced with the increase of the air velocity in heat exchanging pipes. The average power for heating is 1.0kW, 1.6kW, 3.2kW, 6.4kW, 7.2kW and 7.7kW respectively. The heating effects is not distinct when the air velocity in heat exchanging pipes is less than 2m/s, while the continuity for heating is poor when the air velocity in heat exchanging pipes is higher than 2.5m/s. Therefore the rational air velocity in heat exchanging pipes is 2.0m/s for heating at night when the temperature satisfies the growing requirements of the crops.
