    摘要:

    以雙孢蘑菇為試驗(yàn)材料,，基于近紅外漫反射光譜定量分析技術(shù),，研究其貯藏期間硬度無(wú)損檢測(cè)模型的建立方法。采用偏最小二乘法對(duì)雙孢蘑菇的近紅外光譜進(jìn)行分析,，并且比較了4種（一階導(dǎo)數(shù),、二階導(dǎo)數(shù),、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)正交變量變換、多元散射校正）光譜預(yù)處理方法的建模結(jié)果,。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,，在選定的光譜（5000~10000cm-1）范圍內(nèi)，二階導(dǎo)數(shù)光譜預(yù)處理方法所建模型效果最佳,，其校正決定系數(shù)為0.9471,，驗(yàn)證決定系數(shù)為0.8261,，說(shuō)明基于近紅外漫反射光譜的檢測(cè)方法簡(jiǎn)便易行，可用于無(wú)損評(píng)價(jià)雙孢蘑菇貯藏期間硬度的變化,。

    Abstract:

    Calibration model for firmness of Agaricus bisporus during storage was developed based on near-infrared (NIR) diffuse reflectance spectroscopy quantitative analysis techniques. Partial least squares (PLS) regression was carried out to analyze the spectroscopy. Four different spectral pretreatment methods (first derivative, second derivative, SNV, SMC) were used to compare calibration results for firmness. The result showed that the best calibration models,，in the selected wavelength range of 5000~10000cm-1，could be obtained by the second derivative spectrum with the determination coefficient of calibration of 0.9471, and the determination coefficient of prediction of 0.8261. The results indicated that the detection method based on near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy was simple, and could be used for non-destructively evaluating the changes of firmness in Agaricus bisporus during storage in time.
